Auerbach Funds targets primarily multifamily and retail assets in "smile state" secondary markets throughout the United States. However, the flexibility to invest across a variety of markets and property types  is central to Auerbach Funds' opportunistic investment strategy. We believe this approach, coupled with our readily available capital will allow us to exploit opportunities and maximize risk-adjusted returns at the portfolio level for our investors.
